Hi, Masters in Social Work is a great course to pursue if one has a keen interest in it. It is a Masters course that is a full-time two-year-long course. One major factor to consider here is your interest. Whatever specification you choose, if you are interested in it, then you can achieve success in that particular field. MSW –HR. This course focuses on the human resources aspect. This course has received a lot of attention but this course faces strong competition with MBA HR. The market for this course is very competitive as individuals who have done either MA in Human Resource Management or MBA HR are also a part of the competition.
