I have done my graduation in mechanical engineering with 68% in 2016 and got 5.5 bands in IELTS. Can I go to Italy for Masters?

Hi,
Yes, you can go to Italy. But, you must retake the IELTS because majority of the Master's degree programs ask for 6.5 band. You should also write to the universities concerned about university specific requirements.

As said different universities have different requirements, if you have already checked an University there is no need of asking again and getting confused. If you find any University which accept s your grades and bands go ahead and apply.
