i have done my graduation in one year means i attemp all three years papers in just one year and complete my graduation on bsc.it. from periyar university through distance learning can i give upsc or any goverment exam

yes, u can but u may be asked to prove tht u been a student with periyar for 3 yrs. U can appear and clear 3 yrs paper in one year which is allowed in distance education. U keep moving to next yr irrespective of whether u have appeared, cleared or not cleared ur previous yr/sem papers...............
