I have done my graduation with 41% and have 7 years of work experience. Am I eligible to get admission for MBA?

Yes, you are eligible for doing MBA, though you have got the less percentage in your graduation, but the work experience you have is really excellent, so definitely if you have a good speaking skills you can get admission into better colleges. Don't waste time by giving examinations, there are many colleges which are taking students on the basis of skills try them.
Once visit Victoria University which is in Ahmedabad and offers international Masters education and from there you can excel to international opportunities. -
Depends on the eligibility criteria of the college. But most of the colleges will allow you because of your job experience. I would suggest you go for executive MBA as it will be best for you.
