I have done my graduation with 48%. Can I take admission for MBA in any college?

No, for appearing in CAT exam, you must have 50 percentage in your graduation to take admission in any of the IIM, if you do not full fill this criteria you are not eligible for this exam. Better try out from any of the private institutes.
