I have done my graduation with 7.03 CGPA. Can I get any scholarship for doing MS related to mechanical engineering?

You need to submit your applications and certificates first in order to consider it. So that, the universities may decide about the scholarships and about your tuition fees as well.
A student gets a scholarship only when she/he is with a good positive rank and on your curricular activities. -
Scholarship will depend on your academic and extracurricular activities as well. There is only single route of admission in foreign university. In order to get your application considered for scholarship, you need to submit your application earlier in order to get consideration for it. But it only universities who decides for scholarship or tuition fees waivers for student based on their overall activity during studies in Bachelors.
