Hello, If you have mathematics subject in 10+2, then you can apply for exam. You can check the complete IIT JAM Eligibility for chemistry.

Why do you even want to opt for chemistry again? If you already have a Bachelor's degree, you can do M.Sc (Hons) chemistry.
