I have done my HSC from Maharashtra university, however my BCA is done from Gulbarga now i have moved to maharashtra to do further studies

I have done my HSC from Maharashtra university, however my BCA is done from Gulbarga university now i am willing to take admission for either MCS which is also known as M.sc(computer science) or MCA in Maharashtra university in this case do i have to give MH-CET 2012 exam in Guilbarga/Maha uni?
