I have done my inter with BiPC. Do I have any chance to get admission for MA (mass comm. and journalism) in St. Francis Women College?

For admission in MA Mass communication and journalism, you need to have passed BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BE/B.Tech, LLB and BA. Candidates qualifying Osmania University Master of Communication and Journalism (MCJ) entrance examination are also eligible to apply.
