I have done my IT diploma last year. Didnt get an admission in B.E. so can i join Bsc.It now?.is it a good choice?.plz help

After passing diploma i have taken 1 year gap .so this year can i join Bsc.IT?.after that can i get a good job?.what can i do after Bsc.IT as a post graduation?plz plz help
