I have done my M Com and now pursuing PhD., registered 2 years ago. I expect to clear my Ph.D.,in 1- 2 years from now. Can I do B Ed full time course now? Please provide guidance.

It is not a palatable idea, as you will be highly qualified, with a Ph.D. You have to try for a teaching job at a higher level, at a Degree college, or some University.
