I have done my M.Sc(physics). which is the best course after this? I am confused either I do PhD or MS. My percentage in M.Sc is 82.5%.

Hi palvi,
You have done masters already so why you want to do masters again and waste your 2 years better to move further and go for p.hd after your masters .

As per your profile pursuing Phd would be the best option for you, I would request @||Manmeet Kaur50173|| to share her expert opinion on this.
However you may surely pursue MS degree as well.

Hi,
After M.Sc Physics, it is advisable to opt for PhD. To pursue PhD, you need to pass master's / M.Phil with minimum 55%. You need to sit for an entrance exam.
