I have done my MA in comparative literature from Jadavpur University this year. Can I get admission for MA in English in 2018?

Yes, you can as the admission will be based on the graduation score. For admission you must have completed Graduation degree from any recognized University and must have studied at least 300 marks in English and passed successfully are eligible.
