I have done my MA in history with 62%. Am I eligible to give UGC NET?

Hello Neel, Yes, you are eligible for the UGC NET. You can take NET exam in History subject. But make sure that if you want to apply for the JRF post then your age must not more than 30 years (For General) or 35 Years (For OBC/SC/ST/PwD). For Assistant Professor this criteria is not apply.

Yes, you are eligible for UGC NET, minimum 55% is required.

Hello, To appear in the UGC NET Exam the minimum percentage requirement in the Masters programmme is 55%. You are eligible to apply for UGC NET Exam. The UGC NET Exam is conducted in two phases UGC NET Paper 1 and Paper 2.
