I have done my MA (PPM ) & B.Ed also further I was preparing for compitative examinations, I couldn't succeed. now what should I do?

I had completed my M.A in management and B.Ed in Social. But I am interested in Administration & Management jobs please advise me what course should I do to improve my skills.
