Yes, you can apply for it. Unless you don't fulfill the eligibility criteria prescribed by UGC for NET.

Hi Vijay, Yes, you are eligible for UGC NET if you have a valid degree of your course and fulfill the eligibility criteria of 55% marks in the post-graduation.
