    It's a good decision, if you want to pursue your career as lecturer. As most of the organisation prefer Ph.D. candidate. LPU offer Ph.D. management in full time as well as part time. If you are working in organisation, then you can pursue your course in part time, by submitting NOC from your organisation. Both part-time and full-time have same duration of minimum of 3years and maximum of 6 year (2 year extra relaxation for female candidate). Eligibility of Ph.D. in LPU: 55% marks in master's degree, with LPU NEST and interview. Admission Criteria:

    Yes dear, if you want to make you career in academics. Then it would be preferable if you enroll your self in PhD. LPU offers PhD in Management in part time and in full time
    The eligibility criteria for the same is - "Pass with 55% agrregate marks in MBA/ M.Sc. (Management)/M.Com/ MIB/ MFC or equivalent + LPUNEST +Interview
    Note:- 5% relaxation in eligibility percentage to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently-Able. "

    1. Admission in Ph.D. Programme will be made through LPUNEST (Entrance Test) followed by interview. Date for entrance test will be announced on university website.
