I have done my MBA Finance. My ultimate goal would be to set up my own restaurant. How do you suggest I go about it?Do I need to do a course?
I figured that I would enter the industry and get a fair idea as to how things work. I have an experience of almost 3 years pre and post MBA in the finance sector but it is no where related to the hotel industry. I have taken a break so I thought this would be the right time to pursue it further.

I do not certainly think that you need to do another course to set up a restaurant. In case you feel crippled, you may top up with some course on Hotel Management. I hope you do not have intentions to become a Chef for which special cookery course may be attended.
