I have done my MBA in Finance but I want to study ahead but not in Finance,what would be the best option for me in a course to do?

I am 24yrs old and I never wanted to do a career in Finance but due to my family I did it.The problem is that jobs I am getting is of core finance,I want to go into another stream and study further.What kind of a course should I opt for as I am interested in Public Relation with placements done?
