Do I have to clear NET for doing P.hd?I have done B.Sc from Delhi University with 58%.I want to combine Tourism with HR in my research is it possible?Is it better to do M.Phil before doing P.hd?Do I have to leave my job for doing P.hd?

if you are not NET qualify then you have to give entrance test for Ph.D.

Best options for distance Phd in management are
1. IGNOU
2. IMT-CDL
3. IIBMS
4. IMA - Online
No, I don't think so that you can combine domains in your Phd as it is a very specialized course.
