I have done my MBA in HR from SRM University in 2012 .
My MBA from SRM Univ,chennai does not include Labour laws so I would like to pursue PGDM in HR from Symbiosis distance edu. Is it useful?

SCDL is a good option given the following
1. The programmes offered by Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning are recognised by the Distance Education Council, India.
2. Ranked 1st amongst the top Distance Learning Institutes for student learning experience by Careers 360 Rating 2012, 2nd amongst

You can go in for it but check if any other specialisation also has it or they have International Business alongwith it .

Frankly speaking Neethika I don't think that doing the same specialization once again can help you more. Instead I would advice you to get into a relevant job and gain useful experience. You can study labour laws later as & when your job demands it. I think you must not lose time as of now.
