Hi friend,
Master's degree is not required for B.Ed. Bachelor's degree is enough for this. So, you can be eligible to do so.

Yes, of course, you can. The only eligibility criteria to pursue B.Ed at Distance Academy is:
Candidate must have completed graduation/masters securing at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC).
