For applying in CTET exam, you must have either degree or Diploma in education, otherwise, qualifying CTET exam has no meaning. -
Yes, you can apply for CTET Exam
Here are the eligibility criteria
You must be citizen of India
Must have completed post-graduation degree in any stream. You need to obtain at least 55 percent marks in master degree course. SC/ST candidates need 50 percent marks. Those who are in final year of master degree course can also apply. However such candidates need to submit their PG degree within 2 years of appearing in the NET exam to prevent disqualification. Your subject of NET exam should be same as master degree subject. There is no upper age limit for lecturer job.
