I have done my MCA in 2 years, instead of 3. Am I eligible to apply for MS in USA?

I have a total of 17 years of study (BCA+MCA) but I took direct admission in 2nd year of MCA through lateral entry.

Yes, you are eligible, for that, you have to give IELTS or TOFEL for getting admission.
