I have done my PG with 53%. Which colleges can I get for PhD in English?

The general eligibility criteria is: Candidates must have completed their Master's degree in English language with minimum 55% marks from a recognised University. You can apply for any colleges.

But you are eligible if you belong to reserve category ST/SC that is 50% in Masters.

You are not eligible because 55% in M.A. (English) is required to apply for Ph.D. (English).
