To pursue MBA, you need to be a graduate. If you are a graduate with minimum 50% marks in graduation degree, then you can explore admission in MBA. The specialization would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations, plus you personality traits so keeping all three in mind decide the specialization.

There are a variety of specialisations offered in MBA:
    HR
    Marketing
    Analytics
    Enterprenuship
    Operations and management
    Logistics
    Supply chain management
Each department has a specific function in an organisation. Gauge your interest thoroughly and opt for your specialisation.
