Hi Nutan, It would not be possible to get M.Phil or a PhD degree in a particular field you are looking for. However, you can get Fellowship or PhD programme in Management. Few of the Universities/ Institutes which you may check for the same are: Institute of Rural Management Anand Indian Institute
