I have done O level course from NIELIT. Can I get lateral entry into BCA here?

Hey,
Applicants must have completed Higher Secondary School Examination (Plus 2 or XII Std. including vocational courses) or equivalent. A pass in 10 std. conducted by State Board of Higher Secondary Education and candidates who have passed 3 year Diploma in Polytechnics can apply for it.
