Yes, you can apply for Diploma on the basis of 12th certificate but will suggest to go with bachelor degree program as degree have more weightage then diploma program. -
Well, diploma will give you good practical knowledge but I suggest you to go for degree program because it will have more scope and wider opportunities will be available later on.
