I have done PG in M.SC in computer science, basically iam from commerce(B.COM computers) student at UG level Can I do M.Tech and GATE exam.?

    You can give GATE after your M.Sc in computer Science from CS branch and can pursue M.Tech. From IISC, IITs and NITs.
