I have done PG in social work. Am I eligible to work as a teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya?

Yes, you can teach in schools by giving CTET entrance exam, provided that you have some degree or Diploma in education field. Then only you can apply. If you don't have B.Ed degree or any Diploma in education then do it in order to teach in a good government school with a good salary.
