I have done PGDBM after Diploma, I haven't done any graduation, so can I do MBA directly, having experience of 7 years in quality field.

The first and basic difference between the two programs is that the MBA is a Degree programme whereas a PGDM is a Diploma programme. An MBA programme is offered by a government or private university or a college affiliated with a university.
