    I always maintain that HR professionals are born, not made. It is similar to leadership. This is something, which I am sharing with you, after close to 20 years of corporate experience. There are of course, two schools of thought on this. People do not work for companies. People work for people. You need to have innate HR skills to succeed in this line. I do not see any need to pursue an MBA

    Hi,
    First of all please note that there is no acceptance of SCDL qualification in the corporate and even if you plan to settle UK, uSA Canada and apply for Visa, qualification from SCDL is just treated as a private training and not as a degree
    Second, even if you get job in corporate, that will be purely based on your quality and SCDL does not add any value
    You should pursue MBA from a good institute for safer side
