Hi abhishek,
You can do b.tech from a regular college in any of the stream that you have interest in :
Civil,
mechanical,
electrical,
computer science,
electronics and communication,
aeronautics,
you have such a good percentage, and you can do B.sc also if you have interest in traditional course. Al

With your percentage check your field of interest and you can do engineering courses from colleges giving you best facilities of scholarship, platform etc. Log in to some sites for details like SRM, LPU
