It's not possible. You need to pursue class 12th to be eligible for a Btech degree in Canada. You are eligible for a diploma, but not for a degree.

Very much possible. You can do BTech or BS in Engineering from US or Canada. Electronics and Telecom, Computer and IT are hot fields followed by Mech and Civil.
