I have done Polytechnic Diploma after 10th class and currently in 3rd year of b tech and not have 12th, so am I eligible for AFCAT.
Polytechnic Diploma is considered as equivalent to 12th.

No, you can't fill the form. As I have gone through the notification of AFCAT. It is properly mentioned about 10+2. But you can file an RTI because previously there was an option and now, they have removed that.
