HSC stands for Higher Secondary Certificate comprising two years from classes XI and XII that leads to the higher secondary exam. According to the Eligibility Criteria laid down by the HPSC, candidates applying for the HCS (except for the post of DSP) must be between 18 to 42 years of age on 01-01-2
