I have done Tally ERP 9 course from a local institute but do not have a certificate. How can I get a job as a junior accountant?

The institute does not provide a certificate. Further, I am not a commerce graduate. Will I face any difficulty to get a job? Lastly, do institutes provide certificate after completion of Tally course and is the certificate from Tally or just a normal one given by the institute?
