Hi Pavas, Yes sure, you can do B.tech while working. You can join B.tech as part time course.You will be given direct entry to second year of B.tech as you have done with Diploma. It will be a great advantage for you,because you can increase your experience of job and side by side you can do B.tec

You can do B.Tech from IGNOU, Amity School of Distance Learning, Rai, JNTU, Andhra, SRM University, etc.

Try with Punjab Technical University's study center in your area. They have distance B.Tech.
