i have droped 1 year after 12th but cannot got a govt. college for btech. now i am totally confused please help me

Hiiiii..... Shivam.... You have already lost your one year..... so don't think abt the drop again..... choose best trade and best college.... checkout the placement criteria......... you can prove yourself in b.tech. also. defiantly you wil do well... feel free for further query... All the best.
