You need not go for the extra training of cabin crew. All you need is to groom up and build your personality. Academies only give you the tips and takes you to the interview spots which you can do yourself. So, there is no need of wasting money. For cabin crew, airlines do not bother that from which institution you have come, the only thing they see is your personality. If you still think that you need to join such an institute, then you can go for it.
