I have dual nativity my father is from Tamil Nadu and my mom is from Kerala can I apply for Tamil Nadu state medicine PG counseling 2021?
I did my primary classes from Tamil Nadu and higher classes and MBBS from Kerala. Can I stiil apply for Tamil Nadu and Kerala state merit.

Yes, you can apply for Tamil Nadu Medical PG Counselling only if you have a Domicile or Mool Niwas Praman Patra issued by the government of Tamil Nadu.
