I have earned 68% in 12th RBSE (Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education). Can I get admission in IIT?

No dear, For IIT, you must be in the top 20 percentile of boards and as far as I know for RBSE board, you should have above 75%. After that, you have to crack JEE Mains and JEE Advanced paper to get into an IIT.
