    Candidates must ensure correctness of personal detals such as name, DoB and Gender before proceeding further as it cannot be changed or altered in any manner later on. In case the information is not accurate, do not submit the form. Please reregister using a different e mail id and provide correct details. Name and DOB entered in form must be as recorded in the matriculation/secondary examination certificate. Please note that information filled up by the candidates in online application form will be considered final and no amendments will be allowed subsequently.
