i have entrepreneurship as my optional subject. i am not good in accountancy. which all courses can i opt with B.Com?

i want to do some reallyh gopod courses like CA..but since i am not so good in accounting, i dont want to opt for CA. also i expect to score 90% in 12th and am from surat.
