I have fail in inter maths 2nd year now in certificate there is star Mark or not give me clarity please.

    No, there will not be any star mark on your class 12 certificate but marks and grade will be there. If you fail in one subject, then it will show F grade in CBSE board. In other boards they might show star mark.
