i have failed in 1st pu after 2 years can i join to ug course

There could be some UG courses where university allow students to join without clearing PU or +2 provided they clear the same mid-way or before the end of UG program. You have to search which university allow that.

Most of open universities like IGNOU, KSOU ksoucollege.com YCMOU and many other universities like CMJ cmjcollege.com or RVD rvdcollege.com etc offer BA to age 18 yrs or more under Open University System (OUS). You will be eligible for this program.
