I have failed in first year B.Com in 2nd semester. Can I get admission in 2nd year in another college?

Yes you can get admission in another college but you have to clear your backlog first and after that only you can proceed further.

Hey! dropping out of one previous college after failing is not a solution. You need to clear your backlog first and then you can take admission in the second year. Taking admission in some other colleges is generally not allowed under some universities so just clear your backlog first.
