i have failed in HSC in 1994 (in karnataka), i want to appear for TYB.com or TYBA in Mumbai if possible, from reputed university pls advise.

i failed in Accounts sub in HSC (Karnataka in yr 1994), thereafter i started working. Now i have seen lot of ads promising direct Bcom/BA for 10th/12th fail . I am not sure if these University's are recognised or accepted in the market. Also want to know the duration of these courses.
