i have failed in my hse examination, i have applied for re examination . .i am having a dream of studying ocean enng wat should i want to do

pls guide how to do .and shall i can do tat course ?and am also interested in doing marine enng wat can i do now. i hope tat my cut off will defenetly above 150 .i am very eger to study these courses pls help me
